Tournament Draw Highlights and Key Matchups
The men’s competition features a 48-pair bracket, while the women’s draw consists of 28 pairs. Below are the key details and projected paths for the top contenders:
- Men’s Top Seeds: World number one pair Agustin Tapia and Arturo Coello enter the tournament as the top seed, awaiting the winner of the match between Aris Patiniotis/Diego García and a qualifying pair.
- Defending Champions: Ale Galan and Fede Chingotto are looking to retain their title and will open their campaign against either the Portuguese brothers Miguel and Nuno Deus or a pair from the qualifiers.
- Notable Men’s Contenders: The number 3 seeds, Leo Augsburger and Juan Lebron, are positioned in the same half as Galan and Chingotto. Additionally, the pair of Jon Sanz and Franco Stupaczuk and the rising Argentine duo of Gonza Alfonso and Tino Libaak—recently selected for the FIP World Cup—are among the names to watch.
