1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.brandedpickleball.com or placing an order with Branded Pickleball ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Branded Pickleball specializes in UV-printed custom branded pickleball paddles, padel rackets, pickleballs, and related accessories for corporate clients. All products are UV printed in-house at our St. Petersburg, Florida facility. Paddles and rackets are sourced from trusted manufacturers and stocked in our warehouse, where all printing and fulfillment takes place.

3. Orders & Quotes

1. All orders begin with a quote request. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
2. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed order approval and deposit payment.
3. Minimum order quantities may apply and will be stated in your quote.
4. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
5. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Artwork & Customer-Supplied Files

1. You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files in the required format (vector files such as .AI or .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF or .PNG preferred).
2. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all submitted logos, images, and designs.
3. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production will not start without written proof approval.
4. We are not responsible for errors (spelling, color, layout) that were present in the approved proof.
5. We reserve the right to refuse artwork that contains illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Pricing & Payment

1. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
2. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless explicitly stated in your quote.
4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

6. Production & Turnaround

1. Standard production time is 3-5 business days from proof approval and deposit receipt. Production times may be longer depending on your in-hand date requirements, order volume, or complexity.
2. Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by supply chain issues, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Rush production fees may apply for expedited timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.brandedpickleball.com is the property of Branded Pickleball and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branded Pickleball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
