While the top of the rankings is beginning to take shape, the remainder of the field is fighting for crucial points across a packed schedule of Premier Padel and CUPRA FIP Tour events.
Current Standings and Qualification Status
Following the conclusion of the Paris Major, the FIP Race—which tracks annual performance to determine the 32 total qualifiers (16 men and 16 women)—has confirmed the first wave of participants. The men’s qualifiers include Arturo Coello, Agustin Tapia, Fede Chingotto, Ale Galan, Juan Lebron, and Leo Augsburger. The women’s list features Gemma Triay, Delfi Brea, Bea Gonzalez, Paula Josemaria, Andrea Ustero, Ari Sanchez, and Claudia Fernandez.
The competition remains intense as players jockey for position. In the men’s circuit, Coello and Tapia have extended their lead over Chingotto and Galan to 1,270 points, while Lebron and Augsburger hold steady in the rankings. On the women’s side, the duo of Sanchez and Ustero has significantly narrowed the gap against Gonzalez and Josemaria, trailing by only 400 points after their success in Paris.
Remaining Opportunities for Points
With thousands of points still available, players have several avenues to climb the rankings before the December 10–13 Finals. The remaining schedule includes:
- Premier Padel Majors: Two major events remain in Kuwait and Acapulco, each offering 2,000 points to the winning pairs.
- Premier Padel P1 Tournaments: Two P1 events are scheduled for Milan and Dubai, with 1,000 points available for the winners of each.
- Premier Padel P2 Tournaments: Rotterdam and Düsseldorf serve as the next stops on the calendar, providing 600 points to the winning pairs.
- FIP Platinum Events: Two tournaments remain, one in Lyon and one in Aguascalientes, Mexico, each awarding 300 points to the winners.
- FIP Gold Events: Five tournaments are scheduled to award 150 points each, starting in São Paulo, followed by Perugia, Turin, Seville, and Melilla.
As the circuit moves through these diverse locations, the battle for the final spots in the 2025 Finals continues to be a high-stakes pursuit, with injury-related absences and new partnership dynamics keeping the leaderboard fluid.
