Gibbs Lake County Park in Chimacum, Washington, offers outdoor activities on its 700 acres of beautiful forest and 90-acre pristine lake. The park features seven miles of multiple-purpose single-track trails, a hand boat launch area, and incredible fishing, but it does not have pickleball courts. Visitors can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, and exploring the challenge course, and metal detecting is allowed with a free permit. The park is open to the public from sunrise to sunset, and admission is free, although some activities may require a permit or have specific rules, such as no dogs allowed at the swimming beach and no alcohol consumption.
