About Watkinsville Woods
Watkinsville Woods is a 6-acre nature park in Watkinsville, Georgia, featuring a wooded walking path with access to native trees, a historic spring, and a unique rock formation known as "Pulpit Rock". The park also includes a wildflower garden and a memorial to former mayor Charles Ivie. A new project, Woodruff Meadow, is underway near the park entrance, which will host a variety of native Georgia wildflowers. Visitors can stay up to date on park activities and projects through the Watkinsville Woods Facebook page.
