Mt. Dewey Trail in Wrangell, Alaska is an outdoor trail that climbs a half mile up to a clearing in the trees with a platform overlooking Wrangell and its surrounding waterways. The trailhead is within walking distance of downtown, with green signs on residential streets and stairways guiding you to the start of the hike. This trail is not suitable for those with knee, hip or mobility issues as it winds through lush hemlock forest on a 'step and run' boardwalk. The trail does not offer any pickleball facilities.
