The FIP Promises R3 Bullpadel Cup in Mol, Belgium, recently concluded with a showcase of elite youth talent across seven different age categories. The tournament highlighted the rising generation of padel stars, with home-grown Belgian pairs securing notable victories in front of local crowds.
Tournament Champions and Results
The event featured competitive draws for boys (Under 12, 14, 16, and 18) and girls (Under 14, 16, and 18). Among the standout performances were the home-country victories for Nicolas Van Brempt and Gilles De Peuter, as well as Anna Wauters and Louise Vanaudenaerde. Below are the winners for each category:
- Girls’ Under 18: Vega Cano Ortin and Ines Cano Ortin claimed the title. After a hard-fought semi-final against Zoey Komander and Goebe Finja that required a super tie-break (1-6, 6-1, 10-5), the pair secured a dominant 6-1, 6-0 victory in the final against Hedvig Oberg and Savannah Johansson.
- Girls’ Under 16: Anna Wauters and Louise Vanaudenaerde took the top spot. They successfully defeated fellow Belgians Hanne Van Bruyssel and Jolien Temmermans in straight sets, finishing 7-5, 6-1.
- Girls’ Under 14: Elizabeth Vellacott and Eleana Bakker emerged as the champions of this division.
- Boys’ Under 18: Daan Jans and Junior Brydolf triumphed in the oldest boys' category to take home the trophy.
- Boys’ Under 16: Rune Keppens and Oliver Grantham secured the win in their respective age bracket.
- Boys’ Under 14: Nicolas Van Brempt and Gilles De Peuter earned their title by defeating fellow Belgians Sem Beynen and Fedor Sypre with a decisive 6-1, 6-4 scoreline.
- Boys’ Under 12: Daniel Yanguas Casares and Nil Marcilla Pérez rounded out the list of winners by capturing the title in the youngest age group.
