The pair’s victory in Houten follows their recent success in Nairobi, proving that Bidahorria and Riera are currently in peak form. Their journey to the trophy involved two critical matches on the final day:
- The Semifinal Victory: In the morning session, Bidahorria and Riera faced off against the Italian pair of Emily Stellato and Giulia Sussarello. The top seeds successfully navigated the challenge, winning the match in straight sets with a score of 6-2, 7-6.
