Portuguese padel talent Francisca Cravo continued her remarkable season by securing a double victory at the FIP Promises Paredes II tournament. Partnering with Sweden’s Tilde Stromgren, Cravo dominated both the Under 16 and Under 14 girls' categories, further cementing her status as a rising star on the FIP Promises Tour.
This latest success in Paredes adds to an impressive 10-month run for Cravo, who has now claimed titles in Setubal, Viseu, Elvas, and previous Paredes events, alongside a notable victory in Badajoz, Spain. The tournament also featured intense competition across the boys' divisions, with several young talents emerging victorious in their respective age brackets.
FIP Promises Paredes II Champions
The following duos claimed top honors across the various age categories during the event:
- Under 18 Girls: Africa Pesado Garcia and Martina Garcia took home the title in the oldest girls' division.
- Under 16 Girls: Francisca Cravo and Tilde Stromgren secured the first of their two tournament victories.
- Under 14 Girls: Francisca Cravo and Tilde Stromgren completed their double triumph by winning this category.
- Under 12 Girls: Zara Settimi and Joana Maria Roca Busquets emerged as the champions.
- Under 18 Boys: Alvaro Abad Diaz and Rafael Reyes Moreno claimed the title after a hard-fought victory against Pol Cervilla Mas and Assier Martinez Castillo.
- Under 16 Boys: Claudio Redendo Ruiz and Alberto Barril Ramos secured the top spot in their division.
- Under 14 Boys: Francisco Sa and Joao Afonso Simoes finished as the winners of their category.
