Can we order once and hand them out all quarter?+
Yes. Order the quarter's paddles in one run, which also puts the order on a lower price tier, and keep them on hand for each start date.
Can you ship to remote new hires?+
We can split a run across several addresses. Ask for a quote and include the list of addresses.
Can each paddle have the new hire's name on it?+
One design per run is standard. Names or a different design on each paddle are quoted separately, so tell us what you have in mind.
When should we order for a January sales kickoff?+
Production is 3–5 business days after you approve the mockup, plus shipping. For a kickoff in the first two weeks of January, approve your mockup by mid-December so the paddles arrive before the holiday slowdown.
Can you match our brand colors?+
Yes. Send Pantone (PMS) codes or brand guidelines and we'll match them on the paddle at no extra charge.
Are the balls and the set bag printed too?+
The paddles carry your logo. The balls and the bag come unbranded, and bag printing is available as an add-on at quote.
